Annual Meeting 2020

Year in review: We will revisit some of the most important recent developments in the field with a special focus on the ideas discussed at the first scientonomy conference, the Visualizing Worldviews project, and the latest issue of the journal.
Discussion of proposed modifications to the scientonomic workflow: We will scrutinize a number of proposed changes to the workflow (Shaw & Barseghyan, 2019) with the goal of building a communal consensus concerning the workflow’s closure mechanism, transparency, handling of ripple-effects, mechanics of commenting, etc.
Application of the new workflow in practice: We will test the workflow’s new closure mechanism by applying it to some of the most controversial open suggested modifications.
